The eZ Laser motorized aThe eZ Laser motorised axis enables movement of the laser marking head along the Z axis. Compatible with every oxis enables movement of the laser marking head along the Z axis. Compatible with every of our integrable laser markers.

MOTORISED ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT
Our accessory, the eZ Laser, is an electrical linear axis that holds and moves our integrable laser marking heads along the Z axis (up and down). This allows the identification of parts of different heights or shapes, thanks to the height adjustment of the support plate for the perfect focal distance.
AUTONOMOUS AND COMMUNICATIVE
Directly connected to the laser’s control unit, the eZ Laser can receive marking jobs and commands from the CCU. Furthermore, through its embedded software, this accessory and its attached 7 inch touchscreen allows the operator to select and launch various marking jobs, control machine statuses, and directly adjust the height of the marking head. The latter created in our industrial software: Lasertrace.
EASILY INTEGRABLE
This accessory has been specifically designed for integrators: it facilitates the implementation of a laser marking head into a production line or industrial work area by having a compact design, protection against dust and particles, limit-switches, and convenient mounting holes.

Different configurations
The eZ Laser is mainly used, with a laser marking head, in three different configurations:

Tailor-made benchtop
The accessory and laser solution are enclosed in a safe casing.
Production line with Mini-inline
The eZ Laser and laser marking machine are attached to a production line. Associated with the Mini-inline, this installation is Class 1 certified and safe.
Cobot
A collaborative robot brings various parts to the eZ Laser and laser solution for identification.

Communication interfaces
The eZ Laser, thanks to its connection to the control unit of the laser marking machine, benefits from its ports and I/O: Ethernet TCP/IP; Fieldbus: Profinet or Ethernet IP; Dedicated I/O (SUB D37); 8I / 8O; RS232; 3 USB ports.

eZ Laser & Mini-inline

The Mini-inline is a Class 1 laser protection nose, directly attached to our integrable laser marking machines.

By combining it with the eZ Laser and a laser marking system, you can maintain a secure environment for the operator and his environment. All while performing laser markings on multiple industrial parts.

Indeed, the Mini-inline isolates the laser beam, and extracts particles and fumes created by the marking process. And the eZ Laser moves the marking head up or down, according to the part height or marking requirements.
